I've built this system several times:

I tried for a friend to get him a budget computer so i used corsair value memory. The system will not power up. The first MB i got DIMM slots 1 + 3 worked but not 2 + 4. Manual says use 1 + 2 unless i misread the RAM i got.
2nd MB none of the RAM slots worked!! I tested the RAM in my MB (MSI neo4) and they worked. I unplugged everything except CPU + Vid Card and left the RAM out and still the same beeps. A constant beep silence beep silence etc.
Any takers? Next to replace will be PSU. Current PSU - Antec 380 from Sonata case.
