Chaintech VNF4-Ultra with what core?

I'm wondering if I should use the venice or winchester core with this mobo and some corsair vs? I would like to oc and wondering which could do this better?

it is a lottery. venice OC higher than winchester, but I've seen, that last shipment of 3000+ venices were just about disaster. only 1 of every 5 CPU-s could manage 2.4G or over than that, most of them topped at 2,2-2,3Ghz, whereas for winchester 2.4G is pretty simple target. Many people swapped their decently OC-ing winchester in hope for higher clocking venice and were dissapointed.
But in the other hand, if you're lucky, then venice can give you >2,7Ghz, winchester cpu-s rarely (at least 3000+ model) hit that high.
