Chaintech VNF4 Ultra problems

This is a relatively new computer build, I say that because I started this process about a month ago. I bought a new motherboard (Chaintech VNF4 VE), new processor (3000+), new memory (Corsair XMS 3200), new vid card (Leadtek 6600GT), and a new hard drive (WD SATA 80GB). After installing all of this, I would get random blue screens. I thought it was a driver problem, so I would format and reinstall Windows, each time only installing certain drivers. Still blue screens and random memory access errors, sometimes during the Windows install. I then thought it was a component, so I started switching out hard drives, CD drives, and taking out all PCI cards in the computer. Still blue screens.

I then read something that said it might be the memory. So, I downloaded the Windows Diagnostic tool on floppy, rebooted and bingo, it wouldn't run without errors. I ordered new memory, this time Geil (PC 3200). Just got it in today, and can't even get to the Windows boot-up sequence. Just a blank screen after POST. Running the diagnostic just gives thousands of errors, instead of the hundreds that the Corsair gave me. All on the same tests, LRAND and the next test, Strand16(?). What should I do next? This is really frustrating since my friend ordered a computer, and we put it together today without a hitch, runs perfect (He got an Asus). I seem to have a lemon motherboard, but can't find any replication of these types of errors after searching for a while online.

I have VNF4 too, but mine was the PSU. The problem its solved(replaced psu to bigger one). Have you try to swap another different brand of memory? How many stick of memory you have in?

Two sticks of 512mb memory. I tried Corsair XMS first, and had errors, then I went ordered Geil Value and that won't even let Windows boot giving an error about a bad system file. The PSU is a Thermaltake 430w.

i'm prety sure than the vnf4 doesn't give you any kind of sign as to what's wrong with the computer....

not that I can tell. One thing I do have access to is voltages, I have no idea what is high and what is low though. I'm new to building computers, but I have learned a lot dealing with this motherboard. I also have no idea if that would have anything to do with this problem.

On a side note- does anyone know if Chaintech has any hidden settings in the Bios like gigabyte and msi do and what keys to hit in order to show these hidden settings?? I can't find the setting to change memory from 2T to 1T. (Default reports 2T in A64 tweaker).
