CHAINTECH VNF4/Ultra and BFG nForce 4 Ultra

This bfg board has just been put on newegg, and from what I can tell, especially evident from the pictures, is that these boards are exactly the same with different pcb colors. The BFG is $50 dollars more though. Whats up w that?

Open both pictures and click back and forth simultaneously, they look so gosh dang like the same

Yeah, they seem identical. I have the chaintech, it's a nice board, and cheaper than the bfg.
