Chaintech VNF4 HIGH system temps

My CPU temps are low at around 25 degrees C but my system temps seem very high in the mid 50's. The board uses a heatsink for the chipset..
is this a normal temp? should i send back the board? Its brand new, just installed it last night...

It looks like NF4 NB runs hot - sometimes apparently too hot for passive cooling:

Additional cooling is recommended.

Not normal. My CPU is running about 27 and my case temp is 37. Not overlocking though.

What would be a recommended chipset cooler for it?

updated bios and loaded optimized defaults. down to a steady 39 degress.
