I have the chaintech vnf3 250 sitting my closet and I am going to match with a sempron 2800+

which bios is best and/or most stable?

will be used as experimental computer at home.

I plan install dual boot to windows xp and linux. No overclocking or serious gaming.



 
thanks. The board has been in my closet for a while. When I first got it there was discussion about some flawed BIOS' released by chaintech.

I bought it with a AMD64 3000+ but the board's secondary IDE did not work. I RMA'd it and bought a DFI Lanparty. For the last half a year the chaintech was in my closet back from RMA in a sealed bag. So I get a second job- that means new processor(sempron 2800) to build a play system.
