I was planning on RMAing the board to newegg due to the weird sounds/biological effects it causes when i OC, but in order to do so i would have to PAY for shipping as well as being out of service for a while. I was wondering, if I RMA my board to Chaintech, will they send me a new board with prepaid shipping?

The thing that kinda screws things up is I've already applied for an RMA from newegg and it expires on the 29th and if i dont use it i cant get another one. But i'm not really 100% sure it's the mobo or if it's the PSU because here are the volts from my PSU http://img.photobucket.com/alb...90/Neptune755/core.jpg It's an Antec SL400. This pic shows my Max Oc of 2.4ghz(athlon 64 2800+ and Vnf3-250). An editor for Anandtech suggested it might be somethign wrong with my mobo frequncy generator that causes it to whistle when i OC very high. I think it definately has something to do with that or teh PSU power consumption since i can OC a Little(2ghz) but if i go any higher i can feel the heat rising from under the desk and i get a headache and hear the weird noise etc.

I saw in This that that person was able to get a new mobo and shipping from Abit so i was wondering if chaintech offered the samething.

:(

I would go with newegg. Chaintech will take longer, as manufacturers will test the old board before shipping you a new one. Newegg doesn't test anything.
