Just checked, it's there. Go to Freq and Voltage control, then DRAM Configuration, then it's the first setting. "Memory clock" or something like that.
 
the memory and cpu are locked into eachother. This means that OC the cpu also takes the ram up. To keep stability or something the board does not allow seperate clockings.

They dont work but are under:

Voltage/frequency then top option. i forget its name. Then second option. Ull see 100, 133, 166.
