Chaintech/VideoExcel videocards... opinions?

Hi folks...

I'm looking for a Geforce3 Ti200... looks like the only make available near my neck of the woods (I'm in Victoria BC... Canada) is a Chaintech (VideoExcel)... don't know much about that brand name... anyone here have any opinions, good or bad about Chaintech/VideoExcel cards?
