chaintech ultra with eec pc3200 meomry?

I am building a new system for the first time in 3 years.. and wow, everything has changed!

Can I use EEC pc3200 memory with the chaintech ultra and 939 Athlon 64 Venice cpu?
I know the chaintech does not require EEC memory, but I can get a good deal on the memory, so I am wondering if it will work.
 
It is ECC not EEC. As long as the RAM is unbuffered not registered, it'll work on 939 mainboards. The extra RAM chip that would enable ECC is ignored.
