Don't listen to people who dog the Chaintech Ti4200. None of these people actually own this card or have tested one. I have owned a Chaintech G4 Mx440, G3Ti200, and now I have a G4Ti4200 "GT21" 128Mb Special Edition. All three of these significantly exceeded my expectations in performance, and all exceeded the average 3dMark scores with these cards at stock speeds.
All three were also able to achieve quite significant overclocks, thanks to the good cooling Chaintech provides. I never had any problems with these cards, and my only complaint against this manufacturer at all is that the software bundle is not that great. Read other customers reviews of this product at Newegg, they pretty much tell the story.
That being said, I paid $173 for my Chaintech Ti4200 "GT21" SE 128MB and could not be happier.
With stock cooling and no physical modifications, these are my results:
Overclock: 325/615 MHZ (from 250/444 stock) completely stable and completed burn-in, not a single pixel misplaced
3DMarks: 11,820 at 1024x768x32 everything default
Benchmark Results
After some tweaking (AGP bus oc'ing, driver update, etc.) I should be able to break 12k.
My system: P4 1.6A @ 2464MHZ, Asus P4B533-E, (2) 256MB Samsung DDR333
