Its TOOO easy to overclock on the Asrock, although not great for serious OC as the Voltage is locked at about 1.88.

Dont know about M's, but as noted by my sig, they work fine with XP's 🙂
 
On the ASRock K7V88 can you run the cpu and the memory asynchronous?
I have a lot of ddr2100 memory and 333fsb cpu's that I would like to use.
 
Chaintech video cards are decent. However, I have very bad experience with the boards they make. I would stick with either Asus or Abit.
