Chaintech sk8t800 vcore setting

I'm currently using clockgen in the startup folder to up the vcore from 1.45 to 1.55 V to up the fsb to 223 Mhz. Is there anyway to up the vcore earlier in the boot sequence. I don't see a bios setting for it.
