is anyone aware or has went through warranty with chaintech? i purchased a vnfs3-250 mobo a few months back and it's died on me. Do they supply warranty, if so where can i contact them? the only information (about warranty, or contact) was a technical request form on their website, no phone number or nothing ( i s hould of researched chaintech earlier..).

I got the ph. off my Chaintech vnf4ultra's manual. It listed two, not sure what each is for, but they both go to chaintech. My guess is that one is customer service, and the other is, well, I don't know. I'm impressed with chaintech, on pcper, unclebob knows a ton about them. Chaintech wants users imput as to how to improve their products. I like that they care what we think, and want to improve for the better. They also have cheap (for what you get) products. So do you think all chaintech products have a 1yr warranty? My vnf4 doesn't say if it has a warranty or for how long.

Well i love anandtech, but i was clearly impressed when i saw pcper's dedicated chaintech members. It also seems like chaintech products have 1yr RMA warranty, or atleast my vnfs3-250. But i am truely impressed, but they could fix their website up. Maybe include more support info.
