Chaintech mobo opinions

I have an Andara GT133KT mobo which is has the back screen of death. Tried changing out monitor, graphics card and power suppy, still get black screen on boot. Don't know if it could be processor, but suspect it to be mobo. Anyway I am considering using a different case and buying a Chaintech mobo (CT-7AJA2E) new retail for $33.50 or an EPOX EP-8K7A refurb from Newegg. I am leaning toward the EPOX but the last two refurbs I got from Newegg were DOA's. Any recommendations would be appreciated. This system is for a friend but he needs to keep $ to a min.
