CHAINTECH MBAV-MK8T890 Micro ATX socket 754

Has anyone tried out this board? I have a spare Sempron 3100+ sitting here and figured to build an inexpensive performer. It would be nice if the board is capable of a little bit of overclocking. Now, I know that VIA chipset boards aren't known for high bus speeds. I know mATX boards are usually not known for overclocking features. I know that Chaintech doesn't have too many super overclocking motherboards. Not looking to hit 300MHz HTT or anything, but 220/250/etc. would be a bit nice. IIRC the K8T890 has PCI/PCI-E locks.

I'm checking out this board because:
- inexpensive
- passive Northbridge cooling
- looks like space enough for Zalman 7700AlCu which I already have, plus space for a Coolermaster CoolVivo (already have) for a mid-end PCI-E card
