I have not been able to get my GF2ti to work with XP. Under Win98SE it works just fine. I put my old ATI Rage Fury Pro in with XP and that works fine. In XP my card is detected as a GF2 ddr and then I install the most recent Nvidia drivers and it shows up as the correct board but Device manager says that it is not working properly.

Any ideas?

The GF2 I had worked fine with XP. You might try installing the Det30's instead of the 40's. They supposidly work better with gf2-3, while the 40's are better for gf4s

I would download the det30's completely uninstall the card, and drivers. Uninstall the ATI drivers, unless you just used the XP autodetect drivers, reboot, then cancell windblows XP auto driver install, and install the 30's. See what happens then.

i have no problems with the 4109 or 3082 drivers on my gf2mx200 in xp so try other drivers

check the regristry etc see if any other driver remnants remain if an upgrade

I have tried both of these suggestions and neither one worked... I know the card works because I have been using it for 6months with Win98SE. This is really getting frustrating, it's almost enough to make me go back to 98.:disgust:
