Chaintech geforce 4200 ti temperature monitor?

What is the best temperture monitor for my video card cause I think it might be overheating. Is there a temperature probe on my card or is that only for newer cards. I tried installing rivatuner but I can't find the temps anywhere.

i'm trying speedfan and i'm getting:
temp1:37
temp2:22
temp3:-1
temp4:25
temp1:39
temp1:124
temp2:124
temp3:-128
temp:125

its confusing

is there anyway to check if my video card is unstable or dying? I think its overheating or something?
