Chaintech FX5500 64/128 bit?

I just received GeForce 128 MB SA5500 from ZipZoomFly LINK and the front of the box says 64 bit. I was under the impression form the Chaintech site LINK that that the card should be 128 bit. Did I go wrong or is the box possibly wrong. I am so confused!
