Chaintech Digidoc Tempprobe not working

Whenever I run the Digidoc software I ge tthe error

Error: Can't load MemAcc.vxd or MemAcc.sys

I am running Win XP SP2. I have both these files loaded in my PC. Whats the deal with this?

Update: I have the VNF3-250 w/ bios 9/21/04

this program does t run right i dont run it 2.0 bios did not repair it
