I'm happy to report that I received a replacement Radex with improved fan today from Chaintech. I installed the fan and it was music to my ears......or not my ears I should say. The new Radex completely eliminates the previous noise problems! I think I can even whisper louder than my entire computer with 7 installed fans! Oh, and Chaintech also included a Zenith black keyCHAIN and XL T-shirt (Someone must have guessed my size.) All in all, I'm now more than ever satisfied with my purchasing experience. Now....back to those specs.....

Ditto. Just received my replacement Radex unit (and bonus T-Shirt and keychain).

I was able to replace the Radex without removing the motherboard from my case. It took some patience and some needle-nose pliers to insert the screws (very tiny screws).

Once up and running, the Radex is no longer the loudest fan in the case. (It used to drown out the other NINE fans in there. 5 Case, 2 PS, 1 Videocard, 1 CPU. Which is pretty funny considering it's so tiny. Smaller than most laptop fans even.
