Chaintech 939 mobo good?

Yesterday I ordered a new A64 3000+ and a chaintech socket 939 mobo per Anandtech's budget recommendations page.

I look around a bit and didn't see anybody recommending the chaintech. Is it good? Anandtech seemed to like it---stable, overclockable, and cheap.

Hope I didn't pick the wrong mobo.
