Chaintech 7NIF2 vs. Gigabyte GA-8TRS350MT?

I'm planning on building myself a budget computer with a micro-atx board, but I also want to play some games so a board with ATI 9100 or nforce2 igp is preffered. I also would like to be able to connect it to a tv without having to buy an extra card so an svideo out is also preffered. I've found very few boards that meet these requirement, the two listed above are the most obvious. Within my budget I would probably buy a Celeron 2.53GHZ for the Gigabyte board or a Mobile Athlon XP 2400+ for the Chaintech. Not worried about overclocking, but it would be a nice option to have. I plan on trying to run a linux OS called Xandros to save money in the short run. Does anyone have suggestions on either of these setups? Or alternative motherboards?
