As a huge Jets fan, that's a big relief for me.

He wasn't going anywhere. Even if they couldn't work out an extension they would have slapped the franchise tag on him.

A bigger relief would be him lasting an entire season. He's only started 21 games in his entire career.

It's not like Chad is injury prone. He had one injury which was a fluke broken wrist. It is true he hasn't played more than a full season.... but I see an MVP type year coming.

Maybe, as long as Moss can stay on the field the Jets offense should be sweet. Here's hoping their defense can pick it up from last year. I'm looking forward to the start of the season!
