AFAIK, FF movie had some of the top CG, and looks nowhere close to as realisitc as that pic.

It kind of does look like CG. That shadow of her hair on the right side towards the front doesnt seem to line up but Im not sure.

I voted no but thats at first glance. I don't really know how far CG has progressed.

As for your FF comment, there is a difference between animated CG and still photos. You can render almost anything and then detail it using photochop as long as it doesn't have to move.

Ya I guess so. I didnt mean I was all big or anything but surely not 120lbs. There is quite a bit of difference between 120 - 160 if compared at the same height.

Very possible that it is CG. And that's not that impressive, provided it is a still. Visit the cgtalk.com forums and you'll see what amateurs (meaning people who don't do CG for work) can do in 3D.
