CFM question

The new 92mm GlacialTech SilentBlade fan is finally available around these parts. (For the US peeps who never had the fortune of trying out one of these, let me just say that GT makes excellent fans and their ratings are quite believable, at least the 19dB part. Fellow aussie/canadian AT'ers can back me up on this. 🙂)

I'm eager to try it out, but I'm not sure if the rated 34 CFM will be enough once I start OC'ing. Right now I'm using a Zalman 92mm fan in silent mode, so if I ever need more power I can just crank it up to normal (and perhaps take back a bit via fan controller). On the other hand, the advertised MTBF of 80,000 hours would make the GT fan a very good investment over time.

So, is 34 CFM on an XP-90 enough to cool a mildly OC'd 3000+ Winny? If anyone has CFM stats on the Zalman fan that would help too.
