CFM and dB on Retail P4 Xeon?

Title says it all, I have dual xeons and I want to change the retail fans to something a little more quiet but I want to make sure that the new fans will be pushing enough air to keep my procs cool.

First check to see if your motherboard has any options for changing fan speed based on temperatures, that makes a big difference for me.

I am using an IWill DPI-533, I dont remember there being any options but I will check.
