certified cdr's?

i was trying to figure out which of my cdr's were better for archiving. I have TDK CDR's that are made in taiwan and have the words certified on the label. I also have cdr's made from fuji that i think are made from that good japanese company. I'm trying to figure out which one is better.

BTW, What does certified mean?

 
Fuji's are made by Taiyo Yuden in Japan which is pretty much considered the best manufacturer. TDK's come from different sources. I'd go with the Fuji's.
