Certifications: MCP and ExamForce

I have a company that I've been looking at for a few months now called Exam Force (ExamForce.com) that offers certification material on audio books and in print for use online. I'm specifically looking at getting and MCP certification in Microsoft 2003 Server, maybe following up at another date with a CCNA. For about $100 they will give me the online material and audio books but then I'll have to pay for the test itself. They refund the money if i dont pass the first time. I guess my question is what are your opinions on the MCP test, marketability of a person with it, The price, and combining this with say my BS in Computer science.
