Certain CDs/DVDs crash my PC?

Well whenever I put certain disks into my DVD-ROM my PC crashes. It has happened on one CD trying to install Microsoft Visual Studio, and on two DVDs(Garden State and one other). I have tried other DVDs and CDs and none exhibit this behavior.

I have autorun turned off. Even on some disks it will automatically open the folder and display the contents it works fine.

Anyone have any suggestions?
