Hello, I purchased a tube of ceramique about 2 years ago for my old system, there is still a good amount left in the tube and it has been properly sealed. Do products such as this lose their effectiveness after that long a time, or is it just as effective as it was when I purchased it? Thanks!

As a side note, I have been out of the loop for awhile, is ceramique a good choice for an X2 4400+ that I want to OC? (staying on stock HS/F for the time being)

Have you checked the A-S web site? I believe they claim that their goops never go bad. But they can separate if given enough time, so you'll have to stir the stuff up somehow with a VERY clean implement (don't want any foreign particles in the goop). I use ceramique myself, as it is very easy to use and clean up - don't give up much in performance either.

If you store it with the nozel down it theoretically will never go bad even though it separates, it will just get denser.

See the madshrimps thermal paste review - just came out in December. Ceramique is in the review. It's not the worst but it isn't what they'd recommend you should buy if you were buying today.
