Centurion 534 Fan Layout

So I got a Centurion 534, which comes with 2 x 120mm fans, one rear exhaust and one side intake, but has a bracket for a third in front of the HD cage. When I built my system I placed the side fan in front to cool off my Raptors, but I ordered a Thermaltake 78 CFM fan to replace it. Since the Thermaltake has the highest airflow of all my fans, where should I put it? I was planning on using it for a side intake, but would it be better as a rear exhaust? Bear in mind I have a OCZ GameXStream PSU, which has a large exhaust fan of its own.
 
Ya, only problem is I only have a stock CPU cooler. I've been looking into other ones since I want to start overclocking, but I'm not sure what to get. Any suggestions for my case/equipment? I've got an E6600, P5B Deluxe, and a 8800 GTS
