Centrum Carb Assist

What makes Centrum Carb Assist any better than normal Centrum? Anything?

It is suppose to have more of vitamins found in the things you can't eat on Atkins.(Bread,some vegetables etc)
I use the OneaDay CarbSmart ones though....
