What is the deal with Centrino? It's such low clock compared to regular P4 notebooks. Is there an AMD/Intel type clock comparison here where clock speed is not indicative of performance? More cache perhaps? Efficient architecture? What does centrino offer above regular P4 notebooks?
I'm considering centrino because of the Tablet/Notebook switch capability on some of them which would come in handy with notes etc.
