Centrino vs Pentium 4

hmmm...just curious about both the cpu's performance with pros and cons. my friend told me that P4 is better in performance and blar blar and blar but i disagree for that coz centrino have many benefits then the P4.
so what's your guys opinion obout it?? :thumbsup: or :thumbsdown: ???



 
depends on what you use it for.
Centrino should provide a good mix of performance and battery life, as much as AMD is a good powerful CPU, nothing wrong with a Centrino in a laptop especially.
 
One thing:

Centrino is a mobile technology (Wireless Lan, Motherboard Features, Processor, and Power Saving). The processor is a Pentium-M.
