They don't list a phone number on their web site so I filled out the RMA form last weekend and someone was supposed to get back to me shortly. I waited a couple days then googled their number and called Tuesday before COB. I spoke with someone immediately who said their "system" was down and that someone would contact me soon. Are they normally this bad or did I just get lucky?
 
Well, they seem to manufacture memory that is sold elsewhere in addition to direct sales on their site. I bought mine through Circuit City May 20. I wonder if I can get anywhere with Circuit City though I'd imagine they'd send me to the manufacturer.
