Based on their general obesity levels, poor health insurance, lack of retirement savings, and love of fried foods, yeah, they are on their way out. They only have another 30-40 years tops.

This, they will either assimilate or become extinct. Their trailer mentality won't be able to sustain another generation of bottom feeders. All we are hearing are the wails of a dying breed as the scurry about the floor before their last whimper.

They will redistrict the state.

Frank is from the 4th.

I would expect that the 7th to be split amoung the 6th, 8th and 9th, while the 4th gets some area from the 9th.

All seats are Dem, so gerrymandering by party will be out.

Only those Democrats too stupid to understand WHY they had to flee their Democrat-controlled states will try to increase the number of Democrat representatives from the South and West. Those Democrats smart enough to understand the failure of the Democrat model of government should be smart enough to not try to repeat the same mistakes in the new home. Since the latter group will move to the new states intentionally whereas the former group will move more or less at random, the net effect of liberalization hopefully should be fairly small.
Remember now, techs is a true believer. You know, the kind who is in love with all those social policies that put California in the crapper so badly that they move to Idaho, where they elect the same type of leaders that enact policies that put it in the crapper so badly that they move to (insert state here) where they again elect the same type of leaders.... It goes on and on and on. Many of them never figure it out.

True. The worst kind of progressive, those who are incapable of learning, who try to create the same utopia in their new home and never understand why the new home starts to look just like the old home, but can only blame the evil richers. Carriers of fail and misery.
