I can't post the following unless I put in the space.

http://wikimedia foundation.org/wiki/Fundraising

because it contains D I A F (die in a fire)

the censoring is a little excessive. i remember a while back even the word "auntie" was censored 😕

that is a little lame. considering they don't censor fvck, sh1t, why would they put d i a f? very excessive.

it's understanable though. in OT there are these period trends where everybody starts posting the "in" word/phrase of the time. i guess it's the only way mods can cut down on the neffage without start banning everybody.

Censoring a particular word may be understandable, but deleting someone's post with no explanation because they had a totally unobvious censored word in the middle of a perfectly fine link is not acceptable, period.

Just to repeat, IE doesn't delete the post. Only Firefox seems to have that problem.

Just in case it wasn't obvious, IE is not a "solution" for some of us, who would rather use a browser that actually supports some useful features such as better popup blocking, user-defined CSS support, etc. Fusetalk is currently broken, not Firefox, and I'm glad to hear that Jason is supposedly working on a fix to this issue. 🙂

My sig below supposedly cntains censored words. Every time I try to change it, I get the pop-up stating this. I'll be darned if I can find a word that shouldn't be used.

it does? is it that other language in it? i wish it would at least tell you what the word is, let alone erase your entire post when it finds one. i hope its realyl fixed this time. i would never go back to IE for that reason.

Maluckey, a careful reading of your sig indicates that Fusetalk may be complaining about "dic unt" (sans space). Talk about a retarded word filter, to not tell the difference between a naughty word and a perfectly valid word that happens to have a naughty word embedded in it. :frown:
