I would like to get new cell phones. My analog cell phones is aging 🙂
I am choosing the right provider right now. I am in the seattle, wa area and I would like to have:
- unlimitted 2-way text messaging (if possible)
I am flexible in phone choices. the one I am interested in now is Nokia 8260 or Motorola timeport
I will be managing several servers shortly. There will be a monitoring features that will automatically notify me through cellular text messaging when my server/services is down or up.
I am expecting to receive tons of text messages as we will be monitoring quite a few services (i.e: web port, icmp ping, smtp port, ftp port, dns port) I might receive up to 50 messages easily per day.
Is there a provider with free text messaging service? The only one I know that my friend is currently using is Verizon. Howerver I went to verizon web page and they charge for text messages now 🙁
