Are there any cellphones that can be used as PDAs?
The Nokia 7650 might look like one, but I'm not sure.

What are good, but relatively cheap PDAs?

Not sure if you can get them in your country, but here in Malaysia there are several models, including
- Motorola Accompli series
- Nokia 9110
- Ericsson 380 (???)

Also there are some PDAs that double as phones too, I think there's one that goes under the name of Oxygen or O2 or something....

I've got a Nokia 6340i, it doesn't really double as a PDA but it has a calendar, organizer, schedule, games. It works for me :)

SprintPCS has the samsung I330 which is a palm based phone. They also have a new flip phone coming out which is also a full fledged palm device. Samsung and toshiba also have pocketpc phones which are basically a pocketpc with a phone app and an antenna, they're too big imo, but if you check out the i330 at a best buy or sprint store you'll see its relatively small. If my recently warranty replaced ipaq keeps messing up, I mihgt shoot for Best Buy to give me one of those.
