Cellphone with Camera? Or Cellphone and seperate camera?

Cell phones more and more are coming with nicer and nicer built in digital cameras. I already have a nice Digital SLR, but it's not exactly something you could put in your pocket.

For the important stuff, it's the Digital SLR. But for on the go, should I got with Cellphone with cam? or should I just get a nice cellphone and seperate 'pocket' digicam (I was considering the Sony U20, mostly because I have a Sony Citibank card with points and the camera would basically be almost free)
