Ditched my Nextel account last month and currently am only using my landline and VOIP. I despretely need a cell phone, but refuse to pay $50 a month for a phone that I rarely use (maybe 300 min per month tops).
Does anyone have any suggestions on cheap cell phone plans (as long as it is not Nextel!), and free incoming calls is something that I really want, as 60% of my incoming calls are from overseas (japan and taiwan). Thanks for your help guys and gals.
