Cellphone noob here

I'm gonna go Tmobile prepaid. I know I need an unlocked phone and to buy a refill card from for Tmobile. But is that all there is to it? I keep reading about a SIM card and have no idea what it is. Does it come every phone or do I gotta go and buy one?

why don't you just buy a prepaid kit from target/walmart/Tmobile? comes with everything you need.

I don't really like the prepackaged phones.

You can always sell the phone. Otherwise, just go into a TMO shop and tell them you have a phone and that you just need the SIM card and minutes. You should be all set to go.

That's what I wanted. It didn't even show on the Tmobile site. Hope they have it in BM.
