Cellphone GSM Ratings?

Aside from HowardChui, are there any good comprehensive cellphone sites out there which give a rating on a phone's RF quality, features, battery life, and reception?

Comparisions are good too, in the mood for a new cell, but I want to find one with exceptionally good reception and battery life.

Mobiledia.com and Mobileburn.com both do reviews in which they rate phone RF. Mobiledia's reviews are more scientific but they have very few on the site.
