Cellphone Contract up this month

Ok i know that my contract for Tmobile is up this month and I would like to keep the same plan but i want to get a new phone and everytime i go up to those people in the mall, they just try to sell me a new phone which annoys me. I dont know how you can find out EXACTLY what day my contract is up and when i call Tmobile, you can only just pay or hear ur bill. and if im able to just renew my contract somhow over the internet cus im seeing the phone i want for really cheap on the net

I don't know if you can get the new phone for cheap because those rebates are usually for new customers only.

When my contract was near the end with T-Mobile last year I just called up customer service (611 I think) and asked the lady when my contract was up. They will let you talk to a live person.

And yes you can get the phones for cheap...I called T-Mobile up and told them that I was switching to AT&T wireless because I could get a better phone. T-Mobile will work with you and give you a great deal on a new phone. They will charge it to your account and mail you the phone or you can go to the store and T-mobile will give you a good price on upgrading to a new phone.

go month to month on your contract, find a new phone without a sim on ebay.

The only problem with this is that he'll pay more doing this than he would by waiting for his contract to expire, and then renewing it and getting a subsidized phone from t-mobile

Tall T-Mobile (611 from your phone). If you actually LISTEN to the damn menus, you'll hear that you can get to Customer Care where you can talk to someone about contract expiration dates, contract renewal in exchange for a better handset, handset upgrades, and all kinds of good stuff.

yea i have the $39.99 1000 minutes free nights/weekends and i dont want to lose it cus its still a good deal cus the rose the price to that deal to $45. lol yea all i needed to say was something that the automated thing didnt tell u to say and it sent me to a customer service person and they helped me out with everything. told me when my contract was up and told me wut i need to do when it is up. but they said that fones on the net r only for new customers

Just because your contract is up doesn't mean you can't keep your same plan. You'll just be going month-to-month and you won't have a contract tying you down.

If you're happy with your phone and your plan, just go month-to-month (i.e., do nothing).
