cellphone battery?

I usually go to ebay - for my Sony-ericsson phone, I think I got a genuine battery for a great price(either that or it was an excellent fake - had the hologram and everything). My LG battery is a third-party battery, and given with the recent exploding battery incidents, I've been hesitant to use it except in those times when I won't be near a charger all weekend (long hiking trip or something)
