Cell phones don't just cause car accidents...

Shawn

Lifer
they cause bicycle accidents too. 🙁 It actually kept me from scraping up my palm cause I landed on the cell phone instead of my hand. :Q it sill works, just scratched up.

so your cell phone physically threw you off your bike - or were you talking on it? Because unless it did the former - the cell phone didn't cause anything 😛

No, I was looking down at my phone to see what time it was and almost hit something because I wasn't paying attention.

How can you talk on a phone and bike at the same time?

Yeah...how can you ride a bike with one hand???

A) If you stop, you SHOULD use both hands.
B) I would fel very uncomfortable if I came to a turn. Braking and turning together would be bad.
C) You look like a tool when you do it.

Pfft, when I was in school, I used to ride all over with no hands. In fact, I only used a hand or two to stop.

I could do tight figure eights riding with no hands.

I got a wireless headset for talking while driving/biking and a watch for checking the time 😛
