Cell Phone Upgrade

I am going to buy a new phone in the next couple of days. Currently I have t mobile and I don't mind renewing my contract with them but they don't seem to have any phones I like so I am looking at unlocked phones on eBay, specifically the sony w300i. What I want in a phone is an MP3 player(w/ external controls), flip phone, good battery life, expandable memory, and a camera. $200 bucks tops.

1. Is there a good place besides eBay to buy unlocked phones?
2. Does anyone have any comments on the w300i
3. Are there any other phones I should look into.
