Cell Phone Service - any sites like BroadbandReports?

I did a search on google but didn't find anything relevant. I also checked epinions, but they didn't have anything useful for where I will need service.

I'm going to Cornell next year and I need to get a new phone. My POS Nokia 3360 is just that, a POS. I would like to burn it.

Most importantly though, I need to find out what a good service provider is for Ithaca. Any sites for cell phone service along the lines of DSL reports where consumers can rate service providers in their area?
