When exactly is ATT switching to GSM? I want to upgrade my phone, but will wait for when they switch because I heard GSM is clearer and you don't hear all of that feedback noise that you do with TDMA.
And also, does anybody know if I can switch area codes with ATT? I'm going to be moving soon and was wondering if they would switch my area code for me to my new local area? It's not going to be in the same calling area, which I know they do. But it'll be for a completely different area that is still covered by them. I don't want to signup again because I want to keep my plan.
